Developing Excellent Early Help Event

In September 2017 Cumbria LSCB launched its Early Help Strategy. We want to know if you think it is working. We want to know what you think Excellent Early Help looks like. Early Help means identifying needs within families early, and providing preventative support and intervention before problems become complex and entrenched.

Are we getting this right in Cumbria?

As a result of these changes the booking process has become fully automated and confirmation and venue information (previously joining instructions) will be communicated through emails to both individuals and managers. Where a user does not have access to MyHR, then it will be the responsibility of their line manager to book them on the course.
